I booked a one way ticket out of California to India three months ago. When I left for this journey I had so many people tell me how inspiring it is to just pick up and leave. My response was always, you can too! I am no different than anyone else. I want to show you that you too are capable of living your dreams and making them your reality.
The truth is that most people are too scared. Too attached to their current reality with their possessions, relationships, job, etc. In order to make your dream a reality, you have to be willing to let go of your current reality and everything in it. When you release attachment to things in your current reality, you let go of old or stagnant energy. With the release of this energy, it allows for new fresh energy to manifest. It allows for your dreams to manifest in your life.
In order to make this happen you have to step out of your comfort zone and take a leap of faith. When you are aligned with your soul and you are taking steps to live your truth, the Universe will support you when you courageously leap. Surrender into the unknown future and TRUST that when you take those steps forward that you undoubtedly will be supported.
Another important step is to release the expectations of what your future should look like. I like to use the analogy of receiving a gift. You hope that your gift will come wrapped in a particular wrapping paper, but what happens when it comes wrapped in a totally different gift wrap? You are then disappointed that it wasn't as you expected, even though the gift inside is exactly what you were dreaming of. The same is true with manifesting your dreams. We imagine what our dream job or house may look like, so when we are searching for those things, we expect them to be exactly like the images in our mind. When we release these expectations, we allow our dreams to manifest in different wrappers than we might have anticipated or hoped for. If you look at things without judgement and pure observation, you may see that you received what you asked for, it just looks different than you imagined.
For example, I was calling in a studio apartment in the Los Angeles area last year. I wanted my own space that was quiet, had bright natural light, felt safe, was close to work, and had a grass area for my dog to play in. When I originally moved in to the apartment I thought it had the majority of the things on my list, but it was the best I was going to find in the area with such sort notice. After moving in and reflecting on the list of things I wanted in an apartment, I realized it actually had everything on my list. I just had to be open about how those things looked. It had a fenced in yard, but there was only concrete for my dog to play on. But, one house around the corner was a large grass area. Just because the grass area wasn't on the property, I had originally thought that my apartment was missing this item. But after reflection, I realized that I had never specified that the grass area had to be within the actual grounds of the property. A large grass area less than 100 feet away worked just as well!
I’ve always wanted to travel around the world for months at a time while filling up my passport full of stamps. Looking back, I have been manifesting this for the last ten years since my first trip to Europe in 2010. We must also be patient and allow time for our dreams to manifest. Perfect timing as some people may title it.
The truth is that society has programmed us to believe that there is only way to achieve your dreams. To follow the so called "American Dream". That way of thinking keeps you playing small and inside a box. To SOAR you have to dream big and realize that your dreams come true when you move outside your comfort zone and create outside of that box.
You too can manifest your dreams into reality. It is always possible, you just have to truly believe it possible, both consciously and unconsciously. The question is are willing to put in the effort to make it happen? Are you willing to sacrifice things that are not leaving you feeling fulfilled?
Allow the sun to set on things that aren't leaving you feeling fulfilled. We are meant to live a purposeful life full of things that make our hearts overflow with joy, love and peace. When you are aligned with your soul and your purpose, you realize that you are an active co-creator of your reality.
What is one thing you can let go of to allow for fresh energy to come into your life? It can be material possessions, limiting beliefs, or expectations to name a few. If you want further detailed guidance how to manifest your dream life, book a session with me. I would be honored to assist you on your journey.
