Gathering together in community with a mutual intention to still the mind is more powerful that doing it individually. This coming together has added benefits for us individually as well as collectively.

Guided Visualizations for Athletes
The mental game is a significant portion of every sport. Many people understand the visualization process and how that can improve an athletes’ performance, but there is a key component that most people don’t realize, the energy behind it. There must be positive energy generated within the visualization process in order to make improvements. The team that has the most cohesive and harmonious energy, is the team that is going to win.

I have created a unique program that will guide athletes in creating a unified field of energy within themselves and as a team. They will learn how to improve their own skills, improve team cohesiveness and harmony, unite their energy as a team, and improve their well being on the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels.
